AOP Coteaux du Layon

  • Vintage: 2024
  • Grape variety: Chenin
  • Terroir: schist
  • Tasting notes: Sweet white wine (approximately 70 to 75 g/l residual sugar). Hand-picked grapes, notes of candied fruit. Good balance between acidity and sweetness, giving it a pleasant freshness on the palate. It is ideal with aperitifs, foie gras, and certain cheeses such as Bleu d’Auvergne.
  • Serve chilled between 8 and 11°C.

AOP Coteaux du Layon Faye d’Anjou

  • Vintage: 2024
  • Grape variety: Chenin
  • Terroir: schist
  • Tasting notes: A sweet white wine (around 90 to 100 g/l of residual sugar). A wine made from grapes harvested by hand on the magnificent slopes of Faye d’Anjou. More fruity and richer than Coteaux du Layon, it has notes of quince and honey. Serve as an aperitif or with foie gras, but it also pairs wonderfully with blue cheeses.
  • Serve chilled between 8 and 11°C.

AOC Coteaux du Layon

  • Terroir: schist
  • Tasting notes: Sweet white wine (> 140 g/l residual sugar). This wine is made from late harvest grapes that have been selectively sorted, giving it notes of candied fruit. A good balance between acidity and sweetness gives it a pleasant freshness on the palate. It is perfect with aperitifs, foie gras, and certain cheeses such as Bleu d’Auvergne. A wine for aging that can be kept for over 10 years.
