In 1966, Germaine and Edouard Chevrier started out with 5 hectares, including 2.5 hectares of vines. Edouard, a wine enthusiast, initiated winemaking and sales. Today, the family manages 90 hectares of vines using sustainable farming methods, while also maintaining a dairy production. Their constant expansion is a testament to their commitment to excellence.
