History
It all began in 1966, when Germaine and Edouard Chevrier settled in a place called Le Moulin and farmed around 5 hectares of land, including 2.5 hectares of vines. At that time, the farm was very diverse, with cows, chickens, pigs, ducks, geese, and horses all living side by side.
Edouard, who was passionate about wine, began making his first vintages in the cellar beneath the mill, then started selling them directly to customers.
In 1985, the estate expanded with the arrival of one of their six children: Alain (the second of three boys). The first wine cellars were built in the 1990s.

Vincent (the youngest of the siblings) joined the family estate in 1996 and developed the wine-growing side of the business, with a particular focus on direct sales. Alain developed and maintained the agricultural and dairy production.
Despite Edouard’s death in 2002, the farm grew year after year, notably with the successive arrivals of Quentin and then Clément (Alain’s two sons). Following the purchase and takeover of other farms, the vineyard and agricultural areas expanded.
Buildings and cellars were expanded, and new vats and equipment were purchased.
Today, the Chevrier family works no less than 90 hectares of vineyards using sustainable agriculture methods and still maintains dairy production (around 60 cows).
