Rosés


AOP Rosé de Loire

  • Vintage: 2024
  • Grape varieties: Grolleau 60%, Cabernet 40%
  • Terroir: clay-limestone
  • Tasting notes: Dry rosé wine < 5 g residual sugar. Very fruity and slightly spicy, it pairs well with cold cuts, raw vegetable salads, pizza, and summer barbecue grills.
  • Serve chilled between 7 and 10°C.

AOP Rosé d’Anjou

  • Vintage: 2024
  • Grape varieties: Grolleau 60%, Gamay 40%
  • Terroir: clay-limestone
  • Tasting notes: Semi-dry rosé wine (approx. 17 g/l residual sugar). This wine is a very good compromise between a dry wine and a sweet wine. It can be served as an aperitif but also accompanies salads, raw vegetables and desserts such as strawberry or raspberry tarts.
  • Serve chilled between 7 and 10°C.

AOP Cabernet d’Anjou

  • Vintage: 2024
  • Grape varieties: Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon
  • Terroir: clay-limestone
  • Tasting notes: Semi-dry rosé wine (approx. 30 g/l residual sugar). A sweet rosé wine characterized by its fruity notes (strawberry candy, red berries). It will accompany all your occasions: aperitifs, starters/salads (e.g., melon with port), cold meats, not to mention desserts such as a delicious strawberry mousse.
  • Serve chilled between 7 and 10°C.
